When I first met Daniel and Serene, I was pleasantly surprised at their professionalism. After talking to them for a short while, all apprehensions evaporated and I was like, can I send Cheyenne to you tomorrow, even though the date was still few days away!
Serene was indeed a gem. She was so good with Cheyenne, very accommodating, and even specially prepared boiled eggs and sweet potatoes for her when she refused her kibbles; bringing her for daily walks, sending us daily updates with photos and videos, and even went to the extent of creating a separate space for Cheyenne when she had to! The list just goes on… I was so touched by the love and care Serene gave Cheyenne that I nearly cried the first time I received the update from her as I knew Cheyenne was in a resort world of her own!
There were times when we had to drop-off or even collect Cheyenne earlier or later than agreed, but Daniel and Serene were ever so accommodating.
The K9 Petcare team is an awesome group of people, and we are really grateful for the love and care they accord to our beloved fur kids. We have no worries about leaving Cheyenne with K9 Petcare anytime.
